1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase a membership unless otherwise approved by Zen Cowork.
2. Accounts
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account through our booking platform.
You agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Memberships and Bookings
Bookings for desks, offices, meeting rooms, and other services are subject to availability.
By making a reservation, you agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Follow all posted facility rules.
Use the reserved space only during your booked time.
Leave the space clean and in good condition.
Zen Cowork reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, emergencies, or operational reasons.
4. Payments
Memberships, bookings, printing, and other services may require payment.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
In-person payments may be processed using Square.
Applicable taxes will be added where required.
Prices may change at any time, although confirmed bookings will not be affected.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the type of booking or membership.
Unless otherwise stated:
Members may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
Refunds are issued only when permitted under the applicable booking or membership policy.
No-shows may result in cancellation fees or loss of booking credits.
6. Printing Services
Zen Cowork offers printing services through ezeep Blue.
Users agree that:
Printing charges may apply based on usage.
Users are responsible for all print jobs submitted through their account.
Printing copyrighted or unlawful materials without authorization is prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the facilities for unlawful purposes.
Damage property or equipment.
Interfere with other members' use of the space.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Upload or distribute malicious software.
Engage in harassment, discrimination, violence, or threatening behaviour.
Use the facilities in a manner that creates excessive noise or disruption.
Zen Cowork reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships or bookings for violations of these Terms.
8. Security
For the safety of our members and staff:
Common areas may be monitored by security cameras.
Members are responsible for their personal belongings.
Zen Cowork is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property unless required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Zen Cowork and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Website Availability
We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or modify the website for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons without prior notice.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party providers, including:

Square
ezeep Blue
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen Cowork shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zen Cowork, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or coworking facilities or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan unless otherwise required by law.
